Job Description:

1. Strong Power BI Developer to help convert Tableau dashboards to Power BI. Candidates MUST have MASTERY LEVEL of Power BI. This is non-negotiable.
2. We are looking for a true hardcore developer who loves the technology and knows it inside and out.
3. The ideal candidate would have deep development experience in both Tableau and Power BI and understand the differences between the two products. They need to be a "doer" who can handle the large effort of converting Tableau reports/dashboards to Power BI reports/dashboards.
4. Experience with Epic and/or clinical data is a plus. The biggest need is strong development experience with Power BI.
5. Some of the reports that will need conversion are operational and financial in nature. Since the Tableau reports have already been created, this will give the developer a significant head start in terms of data.
6. They will likely re-purpose the Tableau data source(s) for use with Power BI.
7. Recent experience with terms such as: developing, SQL, DAX, modeling, report, dashboard, complex, workspace, app, Tableau, tuning, data set, semantic model, Power BI, conversion, and tabular.
