K2 Integrity is seeking a highly skilled IT professional with expertise in Power BI to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models using financial data from Elite 3E. This role involves working closely with finance leaders to understand data needs, create meaningful visualizations, and enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop financial reports and dashboards using Power BI to support business decision making.
2. Work with Power BI Service for publishing, sharing, and managing reports and dashboards.
3. Write complex data joins to establish data measures across multiple tables.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
5. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
6. Set up and manage security protocols within Power BI to ensure data protection.
7. Train members of finance on Power BI tools and functionalities.
8. Write complex DAX formulas to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
9. Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.

Qualifications:

1. Four-year college degree or international equivalent.
2. 4 + years of proven experience with Power BI, including report and dashboard development.
3. Strong knowledge of SQL with the ability to write complex data joins.
4. Experience in developing financial reports and dashboards.
5. Knowledge of security setup and management within Power BI.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
8. Experience in the professional services industry preferred.
9. Certification in Power BI or related platforms preferred.
10. Familiarity with Elite 3E tables and their structure preferred.
