DBT experience is MUST. Needed only 11+ years of consultant experience in PowerBI with strong communication skills, DBT, SQL, Snowflake, Python. Profiles from retail e‑com domain MUST.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard Design & Development: Build executive‑ready dashboards in Power BI to visualize KPIs, metrics, and strategic trends.
• Strong SQL skills to formulate queries based on user requirements.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to create and interpret Excel reports; create dashboards and interactive visual reports (JD‑PowerBI‑SN) using Power BI.
• Ability to create paginated reports as per business needs.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor them.
• Analyze data and present findings through reports that aid decision‑making.
• Data Storytelling: Communicate complex analytics clearly through visual storytelling tailored for CIO‑level stakeholders.
• Tool Integration: Pull and consolidate data from tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Clarity, Anaplan, and Excel.
• Best Practice & Innovation: Promote analytics best practices and help define standards for visualization and data interpretation.
• Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
• Cross‑Functional Engagement: Work with teams across IT Strategy, PMO, Finance, Governance, and Delivery to consolidate insights.
• Work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions.
