Job summary

The Odom Corporation is a full-time on-site/hybrid employer in Vancouver, WA, Spokane, WA, or Boise, ID seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst. You will design and maintain Power BI reports, integrate data from multiple sources, and develop KPI-focused analytics to guide leadership and operations decisions.

You will write SQL, build semantic models, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with Information Systems and business teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience.
• Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or related work, including hands-on experience developing Power BI reports, writing SQL, and performing data analysis.
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting, analytics, or data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that present clear, meaningful KPI representations of business data.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data used in reports and semantic models.
• Build and consume semantic models and views with Microsoft Fabric, applying row-level security so users see only authorized data.
