Qualifications

• Analytics experience is preferred, especially in dashboard development, but not required.
• Proven record of meaningful contributions to projects or coursework with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior team members to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards / web application dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and implement semantic models; prioritize dbt and Snowflake to separate data and dashboard logic.
• Support version control processes (Git) and adhere to best practices.
• Help facilitate project management responsibilities for material efforts.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Build expertise in StepStone's business model, private markets, and analytics.
