Job summary

StepStone Group seeks an Analyst - Dashboard Development to join our analytics team in San Diego. You will build and maintain Power BI and web dashboards, develop semantic models using dbt and Snowflake, and support ad-hoc analyses for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM related field preferred but not required.
• Analytics experience is preferred, especially in dashboard development, but not required.
• Proven record of contributing to projects or coursework with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior team members to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and implement semantic models using dbt and Snowflake; separate data logic and dashboard logic.
• Support version control processes (Git) and adhere to best practices.
• Assist with project management for material efforts and manage multiple priorities.
