Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Power BI Analytics Engineer/Consultant to design, develop, and maintain enterprise analytics solutions, dashboards, data models, and reporting products. You will combine technical Power BI, DAX, SQL, and data modeling with strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires 5+ years in analytics/BI, expertise in Power BI dashboards, DAX, Power Query, and SQL, plus ability to translate business needs into technical solutions in an Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years in analytics engineering, BI, data analytics, or enterprise reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience developing complex dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and Power BI data modeling.
• Strong SQL development skills including query optimization and data transformation.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Analytics Engineer / Consultant to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level analytics solutions, interactive dashboards, data models, and reporting products. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and data modeling with business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, data analytics, or enterprise reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience developing complex dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and Power BI data modeling.
• Strong SQL development skills, including query optimization and data transformation.
• Experience designing logical and physical data models for analytics and reporting.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments, managing product backlogs, and delivering solutions iteratively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead feature-level solution design and collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
