Job summary

RTX, a leader in defense technology, seeks a Power & Analog Design Engineer II in McKinney, TX, onsite. You will develop analog/power circuitry for missiles and sensors, coordinate with ECAD, and support verification throughout product lifecycles.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in STEM engineering, experience with relevant topologies, and strong tool familiarity (MATLAB, SIMPLIS, SABER). Relocation may be offered based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with analog electronics design including FETs/JFETs, op-amps, filters, termination, and comparators.

Responsibilities

• Architect at circuit card level and define power/analog architectures.
• Design, analyze, test, and document analog/power conversion circuitry.
• Collaborate with ECAD drafters on stack‑up, layout, and routing.
• Support integration and verification in engineering labs.
• Provide product test and troubleshooting support.
• Report execution status relative to schedule and budget.
• Engage in professional growth and development.
