Raytheon is seeking a Power & Analog Design Engineer I for an onsite role in McKinney, TX. You will work with FPGA, circuits, and electronics subassemblies for missiles, radars, and EW systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across product lifecycles.

You will help define requirements, develop architectures, perform detailed design and simulations, and support verification and integration. A DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), <2 years relevant experience.
• Experience with buck/boost/buck-boost non-isolated converter topologies.
• Analog electronics design including FETs/BJTs, op-amps and filters.
• Experience with MATLAB, MathCAD, Mathematica or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Assist with circuit card level architecture development.
• Design, analyze, test, and document analog and power conversion circuitry.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and ECAD drafters on layout and routing.
• Support integration and verification in engineering labs.
• Provide product test and troubleshooting support.
• Report execution status against budget and schedule.
• Engage in professional growth and development.
