Job summary

Action Group in Chouteau is seeking a Powder Coat Technician for the day shift. The role involves applying powder coat finishes to metal parts, preparing components, and inspecting finished work to ensure quality.

You will maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, and work to meet daily production goals. The position is temp-to-hire with starting pay $17.00–$20.00 per hour; benefits include substantial employer-paid medical and dental coverage, with life and vision options.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Powder coating or industrial painting experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Ability to consistently work the 5:00 AM–1:30 PM schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay of $17.00–$20.00/hour.
