Job summary

The Jel Sert Company is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Powder 2nd Shift to lead a team in a busy manufacturing environment. You will oversee daily production scheduling, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency on the line.

Responsibilities include maintaining SOPs, HACCP awareness, and continuous improvement through standardized methods. You will work overtime as needed and support a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in food/beverage manufacturing.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees to maximize safety, quality, and productivity.
• Daily production scheduling, lot control, inventory accuracy, reporting, sanitation, and SOP adherence.
• Assures correct preparation of products and finished goods.
