You will inspect parts for cleanliness and condition, report defects, follow safety procedures, and help with general production duties as needed, aiming for a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in powder coating, metal prep, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and prep equipment safely.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality.
• Willingness to work overtime or different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for powder coating by masking, plugging, or sanding.
• Inspect parts for cleanliness and prep quality.
• Organize and move parts on the powder coat line.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Assist with general production duties as required.
