Qualifications

• Dependable and detail-oriented Powder Coat Operator responsible for preparing, coating, curing, inspecting and handling metal parts.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or finishing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hang, mask, prepare, and powder coat metal parts per specs.
• Operate powder coating equipment, spray guns, curing ovens, and related tools.
• Verify coating coverage, finish quality, and cure requirements.
• Remove, inspect, and package finished parts for next operation.
• Maintain organized work areas and material flow, and assist with loading/unloading.
