Job summary

Tipton Mills Foods is seeking a Packager in Columbus, IN. You will stand at a machine, fill containers with powder, count, package, and prepare for shipping. Both first and second shifts are available, with an indoor, temperature-controlled environment and room for advancement.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience in manufacturing is preferred, forklift familiarity a plus, and attendance is encouraged through

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude and reliability.
• Ability to lift, push or pull 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Read, write and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to safety as a priority in all tasks.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and operate machinery.
• Maintain a clean, organized work space and suggest improvements.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
