Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. seeks a Packaging Operator to fill powders, label and palletize products at the Gooding Whey Plant. You will operate packaging equipment, manage scales, and assist with restacking and re-bagging while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include equipment cleaning, precise pre-weighing, and accurate log documentation. The role supports continuous improvement and a safe work environment with potential overtime and night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Excellent attendance and safety record.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience operating packaging equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Packages powder, seals bags, and hand stacks on pallets.
• Applies labels to packages.
• Operates forklift and stacks pallets safely and efficiently.
• Cleans remaining packaging equipment.
• Assists in restacking and re-bagging powder as necessary.
• Operates scales in packaging and pre-weigh rooms.
• Pre-weigh ingredients into smaller batches with accuracy.
• Maintains logs and paperwork legibly.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives and safety compliance.
