Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in powder coating.
• Experience meeting powder coating quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of the painting process.
• Operate the paint booth and powder coating equipment.
• Set and operate dry-off and cure ovens; record settings.
• Record powder usage accurately after each production run.
• Log in/out of jobs accurately and timely.
• Optimize painting process to improve throughput.
• Perform cleanups and changeovers; ensure booth cleanliness.
• Store paints properly to prevent cross-contamination.
• Reduce powder paint over-usage by adjusting equipment.
• Report gun maintenance issues to supervisor.
