Qualifications

• Experience in industrial painting or a related field preferred.

• Ability to read work orders and follow processes precisely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coat metal parts to achieve full, even coverage using established processes.
• Operate and maintain powder coat painting and electrostatic spraying equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to support efficient workflow and production goals.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support other departments.
