Job summary

Central Moloney is seeking a Painter for our Production department at Transformerse AR. You will prepare metal surfaces, operate powder-coating equipment, and ensure coatings meet specifications.

This role requires reading work instructions, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, monitoring curing, inspecting finished parts, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
• Experience with powder-coating or industrial painting preferred.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and prep work.
• Operate powder-coating equipment per specs and work instructions.
• Set up and adjust coating equipment and parameters.
• Monitor curing process to meet requirements.
• Load, position, and move components and materials through finishing process.
• Inspect coated components for coverage and quality; report defects.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Maintain coating materials, supplies and equipment.
• Complete production, material and quality records accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety, environmental, and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with team to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
