Job summary

Lake Air Products in Little Chute, WI is seeking a Powder Coater to prepare, apply, and finish powder-coated components on manual lines and batch booths. You will set up equipment, mask and fixture parts, and work with the team to meet daily output and quality standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior powder coating experience, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous powder coating experience.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Possess strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of GEMA powder coating equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and powder coat components on manually operated lines and batch booths.
• Set up equipment for proper coating application.
• Clean, mask, plug, and fixture components prior to coating.
• Guide coworkers to prep parts properly and maintain cleanliness.
• Inspect parts after coating and finalize paperwork.
