Rice Lake Weighing Systems is seeking a Powder Coater to apply powder coating using an electro-static gun and overhead crane, ensuring quality and color accuracy. You will follow strict work instructions and document specs for each part, while maintaining equipment and a clean workstation.

The role requires safety awareness, physical stamina for lifting and standing, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with team support.

Qualifications

• Experience with powder coating and painting processes.
• Ability to read manufacturing documentation and order specs.
• Comfort with PPE and safety protocols on a shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Operate powder paint gun and electro-static gun to apply coating to parts.
• Move finished products using overhead crane or carts.
• Inspect parts for welding defects and paint coverage prior to curing.
• Follow work instructions to ensure correct colors and specs are used.
• Maintain booth cleanliness and equipment; report major repairs.
