The role requires 3–5 years in powder coating, basic math, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the skill to read and follow written instructions. 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensures quality application of powder coatings to fabricated components.
• Prepares manufactured products for powder coating by blasting and cleaning.
• Maintains powder coating guns and equipment.
• Cleans booth during color changes.
• Follows safety procedures and SOPs.
