Job summary

Anova Furnishings is seeking dependable, quality-focused team members to join our Production and Powder Coating teams in Minnesota. These roles support manufacturing of durable outdoor furnishings and involve preparing parts, loading/unloading equipment, coating components, assembling products, inspecting work, and packaging for shipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
• Basic math, measurement and computer skills.
• Frequent lifting, standing and walking in a fast-paced production environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Report malfunctions, safety issues, or defects to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment or storage.
• Record production data and complete necessary paperwork.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and training.
