Job summary

Twin City Powder Coating is expanding our production team in Minnesota, offering full-time shifts with overtime during peak periods. We seek dependable workers to hang parts, lift and move items safely, inspect paint finishes, and help maintain an orderly shop floor.

This role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team in a hot manufacturing environment. Growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs for the duration of a full shift.
• General knowledge of hand tools.
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team setting.
• Able to work in a hot environment.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to meet and exceed production deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Safely hang metal parts of various sizes and weights on rolling carts using appropriately sized hooks.
• Remove finished products using proper lifting techniques.
• Package finished parts using appropriate materials to ensure protection during shipping.
• Visually inspect parts for flaws in the paint finish.
• Assist with forklift operation as needed.
• Support other departments to help maintain efficient workflow across the shop floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tool carts and the shop floor.
• Uphold a safe working environment at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Available Shifts

• First Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• Second Shift: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• Shift times may vary based on production workload. Overtime is available during peak periods.
