Qualifications

• Experience in powder coating, painting, or industrial finishing preferred.
• Familiarity with surface preparation including sandblasting and chemical washing.
• Operate spray equipment and read color/finish specs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

• Operate powder coating spray guns and electrostatic equipment to apply uniform finishes

• Inspect finished products for coating quality, consistency, and defects
• Mix and match powder materials to meet customer color and finish specifications
• Maintain and clean equipment, spray booths, and work areas to ensure safe operations
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of chemicals and equipment
