Job summary

Anova Furnishings in Winona, MN, is seeking dependable team members for production and powder coating roles. You will work in hands-on manufacturing to prepare parts, load/unload equipment, powder coat components, assemble products, inspect finished work, and support material flow.

The team emphasizes quality, safety, efficiency and workmanship, with a 4-10 hour day schedule Monday-Thursday and overtime on Fridays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic math, measurement and computer skills are expected.
• Frequent lifting, walking and standing in a fast-paced production environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

Job Summary:

Anova is looking for dependable, quality-focused team members to join our Production and Powder Coating teams. These teams play an important role in manufacturing the durable, high-quality outdoor furnishings our customers depend on. We have expanded our production facilities and invested in a new powder coating line and CNC production equipment.

Team members work in a hands-on manufacturing environment and may be responsible for preparing parts and materials, loading and unloading production equipment, powder coating components, assembling products, inspecting finished work, packaging, and supporting the flow of materials throughout production. Employees work together to meet production goals while maintaining expectations for quality, safety, efficiency, and workmanship.

• 4-10 Hour Day work schedule (Monday-Thursday, with overtime done on Friday's)
