Job summary

Yellowstone Local is seeking a Powder Coating Operations Manager to lead the Powder Coating Operations department in Salem, Oregon. You will direct daily sandblasting, liquid paint, and powder coating, while owning budgets and performance metrics.

You will supervise seven employees, set production priorities, and work closely with customers to meet quality and delivery targets, driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in manufacturing, coatings, industrial finishing, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Powder Coating Operations department in Salem, OR 97304.
• Direct daily sandblasting, liquid paint, powder coating, surface preparation, inspection, and final release operations.
• Own departmental financial performance including operating budgets, margins, labor efficiency, and capacity utilization.
• Coach, train, and develop employees; conduct performance evaluations and address issues.
