Qualifications

• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to operate grinding/finishing equipment with proper grit media.
• 2 years' experience with powder coat lines, coating equipment, oven baking systems and textures.
• Must pass a respirator medical evaluation and use required PPE.
• Dependability with a proactive, minimal supervision mindset.

Responsibilities

• Directs loading carriers of parts to and from phosphate line for cleaning.
• Racking/un-racking, and masking/un-masking parts on the powder line.
• Powder coats all parts with powder equipment.
• Manages parts and equipment through the baking/curing cycle.
• Ensure quality of parts off the powder line and supervise helpers.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
