Sintel Inc. seeks a shift supervisor for 2nd and 3rd shift powder coat production in Michigan. You’ll train, coach, and ensure each technician understands assignments, safety requirements, and print specs.

You will verify parts meet print specs, track progress, enforce schedule adherence, lead continuous improvement, reduce scrap, maintain OSHA standards, and conduct timely performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing manufacturing crews.
• Ability to coach and train operators on processes and safety.
• Knowledge of powder coat production and work-instructions.

Responsabilités

• Lead 2nd and 3rd shift powder coat production activities.
• Provide on-the-job coaching so team members understand role requirements and training.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet print specs and any special instructions.
• Ensure schedule adherence so work orders complete on time.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to meet monthly efficiency targets.
• Implement waste reduction practices to meet scrap targets.
• Maintain safe operations in line with Sintel standards and OSHA requirements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
