Electrostatic Powder Coating Operations SupervisorPicture your evening starting on 2nd or 3rd shift. You gather the team, review the work orders, and set the plan for the night. You check that every technician understands their assignment and has the know‑how to do it safely and correctly. As production moves, you verify parts are finished exactly to print and that any special notes on the work order are followed to the letter. You track progress to keep jobs on schedule, coach in the moment, and keep an eye on efficiency and scrap so monthly targets aren’t just met—they’re surpassed.
