Job summary

Sintel Inc. seeks a shift supervisor for 2nd and 3rd shift powder coat production in Michigan. You’ll train, coach, and ensure each technician understands assignments, safety requirements, and print specs.

You will verify parts meet print specs, track progress, enforce schedule adherence, lead continuous improvement, reduce scrap, maintain OSHA standards, and conduct timely performance reviews.

Qualifications
