NPSG Global is seeking a Racking & Material Handler to support masking, hanging, and packaging of parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role moves material throughout the Powder department and serves as backup for the main sandblaster and powder coater.

Emphasis on safety and quality in daily operations. The position requires 40-50+ hours per week, ability to operate a forklift, and collaboration within a team to ensure timely production and orderly work areas.

Qualifications

• Powder coating knowledge and related processes.
• Ability to prep parts, mask, and rack for coating.
• Experience with sandblasting and powder coating operations.
• Ability to read work orders and ensure quality.
• Use measurement tools including tape measures and calipers.

Responsabilités

• Assist in powder coating operations including masking, hanging, and part removal.
• Move materials between work centers and support painting processes.
• Assist in packaging and transfer of finished goods to assembly or shipping.
• Operate a forklift to move heavy metal as needed.
• Maintain 7S in the department and report unsafe conditions.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and administrative policies.
