Job summary

NPSG Global is seeking a skilled Racking & Material Handler to support powder coating, masking, hanging, and packaging of parts across the Powder department. The role also backs up the sandblaster and powder coater and requires teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with safety and quality as priorities.

Responsibilities include assisting the Powder Lead, masking and removal of parts, packing finished goods, forklift operation, and maintaining a clean, compliant workspace.

Qualifications

• Powder related knowledge and experience required.
• Prepping parts and packaging parts.
• Powdering parts and sandblasting parts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work 40–50+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Powder Lead and Powder Supervisor in daily operations pertaining to powder coating department.
• Assist in masking, hanging, and removal of parts.
• Assist in packaging and transfer of finished goods to Assembly or Shipping & Receiving.
• Operate a forklift moving heavy metal throughout departments as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly; report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain the 7S method in the department.
• Follow all NPSG policies and procedures.
