Job summary

Central Power Systems & Services is seeking an Industrial Parts Hanger to support the manufacturing team in loading and unloading parts for powder coating and finishing. You will ensure accurate part handling, inspect for defects, and maintain a steady part flow to keep production on schedule.

Responsibilities include following work orders, using appropriate tools and equipment, and reporting any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or powder-coating environments is preferred
• Ability to read and follow written work orders and instructions
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver parts up to 50+ lbs
• Strong attention to quality and safety protocols
• Willingness to work in an industrial setting with PPE requirements

Responsibilities

• Hang and remove parts from racks, hooks, and conveyor systems
• Inspect parts for defects, contamination, or mislabeling
• Position parts to ensure consistent powder coating and finishing results
• Read and follow production instructions and work orders accurately
• Maintain organized workflow to support production schedules
• Safely use hand tools and material-handling equipment
• Track completed work and report issues to supervision
• Communicate damaged parts or delays to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
