Job summary

RGS Products, Inc. is seeking a Line Technician for our Pennsylvania facility. This full-time, first-shift role supports the powder coating line from start to finish, including preparation, hanging, monitoring, and pulling finished goods while upholding safety and quality standards.

The position also assists with basic fabrication tasks as production needs require. Key responsibilities include line operations, part handling, color changes, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the powder coating line from start to finish.
• Hang, rack, and load parts for coating; inspect coated parts for defects.
• Assist with basic metal fabrication tasks and read basic blueprints/drawings.
• Maintain line cleanliness and perform color changes and equipment changeovers.
