Job summary

Rgs-Products-Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking a Line Technician to operate and support the powder coating line from start to finish. You will prepare parts, hang and rack, monitor the coating process, and pull finished goods while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You may assist with basic metal fabrication, read work orders, change colors and equipment, and help the team with housekeeping and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments or similar settings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Hang, rack, and load parts onto the powder coating line for coating.
• Operate and monitor conveyor line, oven, and spray booth equipment.
• Inspect coated parts for defects such as runs or uneven coverage.
• Pull, unload, and stage finished parts after coating.
• Perform masking, plugging, and surface prep before coating.
• Maintain cleanliness of line, spray booth, and work area.
• Change colors and equipment as directed.
• Assist with basic metal fabrication tasks (cutting, grinding, deburring).
• Read and interpret work orders and basic blueprints or drawings.
• Operate fabrication equipment safely (grinders, saws, drill presses).
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE; maintain records; support improvement initiatives.
