Job summary

Horsepower Automotive Group in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Powder Coater for a 2nd shift to manage the full powder coating process from load to finish. You will ensure quality, operate the coating line, and maintain equipment in a fast-paced environment.

We offer an air-conditioned facility, weekly pay, paid holidays, full benefits, and all tools provided. The role requires 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM shift and a minimum of 2–5 years of experience with powder coating.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of powder coating experience required.
• Reliable transportation; attendance policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Move sandblasted parts into the paint booth.
• Remove debris from parts using an air hose.
• Coat parts using approved procedures per specifications.
• Ensure strict quality standards are met on every part.
• Maintain and clean equipment regularly.
