Atterro in Chandler, AZ is hiring a Powder Coating Operator to prepare, coat, and finish metal parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of powder coating processes, and the ability to follow work instructions and quality standards.

Pay rate is $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, and the schedule is Monday through Friday, 6am to 2:30pm. You will operate coating equipment, inspect finished parts, maintain a safe workspace, and assist with touch-ups

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or production is beneficial.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal parts and surfaces for powder coating.
• Operate powder coating equipment and spray guns.
• Inspect coated parts for coverage, thickness, and color.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform touch-ups and basic maintenance as needed.
