Job summary

Crucial Link Solutions in Twinsburg is seeking an experienced Powder Coater for 1st shift to operate and optimize powder coating processes. Start is immediate, with OT possible for a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities include surface prep, equipment operation, process adjustments, and quality checks to meet strict specifications. Competitive hourly pay and a collaborative setting support ongoing hands-on fabrication projects.

Qualifications

• Previous powder coating experience preferred
• Knowledge of coating processes, equipment, and safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections

Title: Powder Coater

Type: Temp to hire

Pay: $22-$2 5 , based on experience

Shift: 1 st shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm (optional OT)

Start: Immediately

Location: Twinsburg

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
