Global Power Components is seeking a Powder Coat Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team on a daily basis in our Milwaukee, WI facility. This hands‑on role requires directing powder coating operations, ensuring quality, safety, and throughput while supporting the production schedule.

You will coach and train staff, coordinate with the Production Manager, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. A background in powder coating and supervisory experience is essential for success in this

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing, hands‑on powder coating preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Lead powder coat team to meet daily production goals.
• Coordinate daily activities and delegate tasks to shift personnel.
• Set up, operate, and monitor powder coating equipment; ensure quality and throughput.
• Maintain safety and training standards; communicate schedules and changes.
• Inspect products, troubleshoot production issues, and reduce waste.
