Job summary

Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions seeks a hands-on manufacturing supervisor to lead a powder coating team in a metals finishing environment in Kenosha, WI. You’ll coach operators, oversee pretreatment, booth operations, and cure ovens, and drive schedules to meet delivery targets.

This role requires a hands-on leadership style with a focus on safety, organization, and continuous improvement, collaborating with engineering and quality to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Powder coating industry experience preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of pretreatment, powder booth/line operations, and cure ovens.
• Hands-on, floor-first leadership style.
• Metals manufacturing background welcome if powder coat isn’t your history.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of powder coat operators and support staff.
• Oversee pretreatment, powder booth, and cure oven operations.
• Drive production scheduling to hit delivery targets.
• Own quality: first-pass yield, defect reduction, color and finish consistency.
• Champion safety and a clean, organized shop.
• Partner with engineering, quality, and production on continuous improvement.
