Wisconsin Stamping and Manufacturing is seeking a Powder Coating Manager to lead our coating operations at the Milwaukee Facility. You will manage people, equipment, and processes to ensure high quality and on-time production for diverse customers.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in powder coating, and excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We emphasize safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a powder coating system.
• Strong knowledge of powder coating equipment and processes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot washers, powder application systems, and curing equipment.
• Prior leadership experience in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Experience with inventory management and purchasing.
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with supervisors and employees.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attendance and a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsabilités

• Oversee powder coating department operations for quality and on-time production.
• Manage personnel, equipment, materials, and processes in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain daily production schedule to meet demand.
• Review, order, and manage powder paint for color jobs.
• Schedule and oversee multiple color changeovers.
• Monitor inventory levels of standard powder colors.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and housekeeping is maintained.
• Collaborate with upstream/downstream departments to ensure workflow.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
