Job summary

KeyStone Staffing Group in the Milwaukee area is looking for candidates with INDUSTRIAL PAINTING experience to join a full-time contract-to-hire opportunity. The role involves surface prep, powder coating equipment operation, curing, quality checks and maintaining safety protocols. 1–2 years of recent INDUSTRIAL PAINTING or automotive painting experience is preferred.

Candidates must be able to work OT as needed. No residential painters, please.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent INDUSTRIAL PAINTING experience (or automotive painting).

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation: cleaning, sanding, masking.
• Operating manual or automated powder coating equipment and booths.
• Curing the coating in a heat oven.
• Performing quality control inspections.
• Maintaining equipment.
• Following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to work OT as needed.
• Prepare equipment prior to painting.
• Attention to detail.
