Job summary
KeyStone Staffing Group is seeking candidates with 1-2 years of recent industrial painting or automotive painting experience for full-time, contract-to-hire roles in the Milwaukee area. Responsibilities include surface prep, operating powder coating equipment, curing coatings, QC inspections, and strict safety adherence.

- 1–2 years of recent INDUSTRIAL PAINTING experience (or automotive painting).
- Experience with powder coating processes and safety protocols.
- Ability to prepare surfaces, operate coating equipment, cure coatings, and perform QC inspections.
Responsibilities
- Surface preparation: cleaning, sanding, masking.
- Operate powder coating equipment and booths (manual or automated).
- Cure the coating in a heat oven.
- Perform quality control inspections and maintain equipment.
- Follow strict safety protocols and work OT as needed.
