Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent INDUSTRIAL PAINTING experience (or automotive painting).
• Experience with powder coating processes and safety protocols.
• Ability to prepare surfaces, operate coating equipment, cure coatings, and perform QC inspections.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation: cleaning, sanding, masking.
• Operate powder coating equipment and booths (manual or automated).
• Cure the coating in a heat oven.
• Perform quality control inspections and maintain equipment.
• Follow strict safety protocols and work OT as needed.
