Qualifications

• Loads and unloads conveyor line per part requirement.
• Follow SOP principles and practices of powder coating application.
• Inspect products for contamination, defects and coating coverage.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Communicate with other departments as necessary.
• Adhere to company rules and policies.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts on the powder coat line according to job requirements.
• Perform powder coating application following SOPs to ensure even finish.
• Inspect finished parts for contamination, defects, and coat coverage; route issues as needed.
• Keep work area organized and clean; report unsafe conditions.
• Accurately complete paperwork and record production data.
• Coordinate with other departments to support production runs.
