Monroe Truck Equipment is seeking an reliable Powder Coat Line operator for the 1st shift. The role involves loading powder into machines, preparing parts, and maintaining coating temperatures to ensure quality finishes.

You will be working from 4:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with responsibilities including material handling, equipment setup, and safety protocols on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 55 lbs unassisted.
• Ability to operate a crane, tugger, hoists and forklifts.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to follow written, oral or diagrammatic instructions.

Responsabilités

• Pour 55-pound powder boxes into the reservoir of the machine.
• Couple hoses to spray nozzles.
• Move sleeves on nozzles to attain the specified spraying pressure and direct nozzles toward articles to be coated.
• Regulate temperature of the coating solution.
• Remove articles from conveyor and place in drying racks or containers.
• Prepare parts with chemicals and hand tools.
