Job summary

VersaDesk.com is seeking a detail-oriented Powder Paint Helper to support the powder coat team. You will prepare metal parts, mask surfaces, and manage loading/unloading on conveyor lines, ensuring proper curing and quality control.

Training will be provided; the job runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a pay range of $19–$20 per hour. Candidates must be able to work in an industrial environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to spot surface imperfections.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts and apply masking to ensure powder-free areas.
• Operate and monitor conveyor lines and washing/pre-treatment stages.
• Unload and load parts from curing ovens and inspect coating quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of masking supplies and PPE.
• Follow safety protocols when handling hazardous chemicals and hot ovens.
