Job summary

Ameritex is seeking an energetic Powder Coat Helper Level 1 – General Labor to support our finishing line in Conroe, Texas. No experience is required; training provided, and you’ll learn on the job. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour.

Core duties include moving parts in/out of staging, hanging, un-hanging, and racking under supervision; keeping floors, booths, and equipment clean; organizing parts; and assisting with packaging and palletizing finished parts while following all PPE and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Willingness to do physical labor in a hot, fast-paced finishing environment.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and hang parts up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to safety, especially regarding PPE and coatings equipment.
• No experience required; training provided.

Ameritex is seeking an energetic individual to join our finishing team as a Powder Coat Helper Level 1 –
General Labor. This entry-level role supports the powder coating line by handling materials, organizing
parts, and keeping the finishing area clean and safe.

We are looking for people with hustle – individuals who work hard, stay busy, and take initiative without
waiting to be told.

Core Responsibilities:

• Move parts in and out of the powder coat staging areas.
• Assist with hanging, un-hanging, and racking parts under supervision.
