Job summary

Versadesk in Los Angeles is seeking a Powder Paint Helper to support lead powder coaters by preparing metal parts, masking, and operating washing and curing stages. Mon-Fri, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a pay rate of $19-$20 per hour.

Youll handle loading/unloading conveyors, inspect finished work for quality, maintain clean work areas, and follow safety protocols in an industrial setting. Bilingual English/Spanish required; prior manufacturing experience is a plus, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Willingness to learn powder coating processes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts, mask areas, and apply masking materials for powder coating.
• Operate pretreatment and washing stages to ensure proper adhesion.
• Load/unload conveyor lines and monitor curing ovens for quality results.
• Inspect coated parts for defects and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
