2 – Line Apprentice. This role supports operators on the powder coat line by inspecting parts, assisting
with masking, and maintaining proper coating workflows.

We are looking for people with hustle – individuals who work hard, stay busy, and take initiative without
waiting to be told.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist powder coat operators with racking and line setup.
• Mask and prep parts before coating.
• Inspect coated parts for coverage, defects, and quality standards.
• Assist with touch-up and rework under direction.
• Help maintain powder inventory and staging areas.
• Support packaging and movement of finished parts.
• Must follow all safety rules, including required PPE for the work area, and be able to safely lift 50+ lbs
  repeatedly.

Skills & Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and desire to learn finishing processes.
• Ability to perform visual inspections with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with hand tools and masking materials.
• Reliable team player with safety focus.

Advancement Path:

• 6–12 months of consistent quality support on the powder line.
• Completion of internal training milestones.
• Eligibility to move into Powder Coat Operator role.

Compensation: $17–$19/hr
